In this course, we will introduce you to the purpose, principles, and strategy to adopt in order to identify accounts that could be at risk of defaulting on their agreements and subsequently enter into collections
EARLY-STAGE COLLECTIONS PART 1
Early Stage collections typically refers to accounts that have just entered into collections and are one or two payments in arrears. It is mostly focused around the collections efforts required to rehabilitate a customer as quickly as possible, whereby they return back to an up to date status.
EARLY-STAGE COLLECTIONS PART 2
In this course, we will look at how to rehabilitate a customer as quickly as possible using principles that are considered best practice. We will also take a look at how to include these principles in a strategy that follows best practices.
This course will look at the principles and strategy to apply to accounts when move into 3 cycles or more delinquent.
This course will help you understand a dialler’s capabilities, how to use and enhance them with the help of specialised staff, and how they can be used to solve typical challenges that collections departments face when it comes to contacting customers.
